Returns & Exchanges

At RW&CO., we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Items can be returned easily via mail or at any of our retail locations across Canada.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RW&CO. account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with their original tags in the original shipping box or any sturdy mailing package, ensuring you include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
